Rental Host Kit was founded in 2026 to give short-term rental hosts what I couldn’t find when I started: practical, honest, step-by-step help — guides, templates, and systems that work on any platform, anywhere in the world.
I run a short-term rental in Metro Manila, Philippines, listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Agoda, and Trip.com. Five platforms, one property, real guests every week. Every template and checklist on this site is the same material that runs my own rental.
Before hosting, I built a career in automation — designing workflows and systems professionally. When I became a host, I did what automation people do: turned every repeated task into a checklist, a template, or a workflow. Guest messages I never rewrite. Turnovers my cleaner runs without me. A booking tracker that shows five platforms in one view.
Rental Host Kit is those systems, cleaned up and made usable for any host — plus the honest guidance I wish someone had given me: what actually matters, what varies by platform and country, and what’s just noise.

No income hype
You will never see “passive income” promises or guaranteed occupancy claims here. Hosting is a real business with real work and real risk — and treating you like an adult is the whole point.
Useful without buying anything
The free guides and checklist are genuinely complete. Paid templates save you time; they’re never the only way to get the answer.
Honest recommendations only
Some tool links are affiliate links — always disclosed. I only recommend tools I’d use in my own rental, and the commission never decides what gets listed.

Hosts exist everywhere, not just the US. Everything here works internationally, and I flag where platform rules, laws, or taxes vary by country.
